Storm season has begun in Tornado Alley and Chief Charlie Grover is faced with bizarre deaths that may or may not have been caused by flying debris. Could one of the storm chasing fanatics be a psychopath skilled enough to guess where the tornado will strike in order to disguise his murders? The tape is well read by Peter Coyote, some sound effects are added of evening crickets and howling winds which increase the sense of atmosphere.
